Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Managing Your Subscription

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your Customer Account on our website.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period; issues already published or dispatched are non-refundable.

2. Print-Edition Refunds

  • Refunds or credits for print subscriptions are issued solely at our discretion and only for undelivered, damaged, or mispacked copies.

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not offered.

  • Single back-issue purchases are final unless the product arrives damaged.

3. Delivery Delays

  • All orders travel through third-party carriers (Australia Post).

  • We are not liable for delays once a parcel is in the postal network; delayed delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund. We will, however, help track or replace items deemed lost in transit.

4. Digital Issues

  • Delivered digital editions are non-refundable. Cancel any time to stop future billings.

5. Your Statutory Rights

  • Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your copy is faulty, contact editor@flowersmagazine.com.au within 30 days of receipt so we can make it right.
